Product description

Shuttering plywood coated with plastic (e.g. on the basis of polypropylene) has an outer layer of plastic instead of phenolic film, which ensures several times greater durability and resistance to abrasion.

Basic information about product

Plywood is composed from thin layers of wood veneer that are glued together with adjacent layers having their wood grain rotated up to 90 degrees to one another. Exterior plywood coated with an outer layer of plastic instead of phenolic film, which ensures several times greater durability, weather and abrasion resistance.

  • multi-use formworks (up to 2-3 times better performance compared to plywood covered with phenolic film)
  • architectural concrete formwork
  • production of means of transport
Raw materials used for production
  • hardwood (birch, alder)
  • water resistant glue based on phenol-formaldehyde resin
  • plastic (glossy finishing, thickness: 1,2 mm-1,6 mm, color: grey or other, subject to prior agreement with the customer)
Protection of edges
  • acrylic paint, color to be agreed with the customer
