Raw exterior plywood

Product description

Raw exterior plywood is resistant to weather conditions and can be used outdoors. For its manufacture is used glue based on phenol-formaldehyde resin.

Basic information about product

Plywood is composed from thin layers of wood veneer that are glued together with adjacent layers having their wood grain rotated up to 90 degrees to one another. The description ‘waterproof’ relates solely to the resin gluing layers of veneers. The resin is water resistant.

Dimension tolerance	according to PN-EN 315 or other, subject to prior agreement with the customer
Grades	I, II, III, IV according to PN-EN 635
Technical characteristics	density: 600-750 [kg/m³] moisture content: 4-10 [%] bonding quality according to PN-EN 314-2 grade III formaldehyde emission class: E1 according to PN-EN 636
