Exterior plywood covered with melamine film

Product description

Exterior plywood coated with melamine film is made by pressing paper saturated with melamine resin on a surface of exterior plywood. The surface coated with the film improves their resistance to abrasion and protects the sheets from moisture. Melamine coated plywood can be produced with wiremesh finishing.

Basic information about product

Plywood is composed from thin layers of wood veneer that are glued together with adjacent layers having their wood grain rotated up to 90 degrees to one another. Exterior plywood is covered on one or both sides with melamine film which protects the surface from moisture as well as ensures higher durability, weather and abrasion resistance.

Raw materials used for production	hardwood (birch, alder) water resistant glue based on phenol-formaldehyde resin melaminę film (density: 205 g/m² or other, density and color are subject to prior agreement with the customer)
Protection of edges	acrylic paint, color to be agreed with the customer
Standard formats	1550mmx2500/2700/3000/3300 mm other formats subject to prior agreement with the customer
Thickness	9mm-40mm
Dimension tolerance	according to PN-EN 315 or other, subject to prior agreement with the customer
Technical characteristics	density: 600-800 [kg/m³] moisture content: 4-10 [%] bonding quality according to PN-EN 314-2 grade III formaldehyde emission class: E1 according to PN-EN 636
