Product description

Interior plywood coated with melamine film is made by pressing paper saturated with melamine resin on a surface of interior plywood. The surface coated with the film improves their resistance to abrasion and protects the sheets from moisture. Product to be used in dry conditions.

Basic information about product

Plywood is composed from thin layers of wood veneer that are glued together with adjacent layers having their wood grain rotated up to 90 degrees to one another. Interior plywood is covered on one or both sides with melamine film. The filmed surface protects the sheet from moisture and increases resistance to mechanical damage and abrasion.

Raw materials used for production	deciduous (birch, elder) interior glue based on urea-formaldehyde resin melamine foil: melamine foil: density 205g/m2 (white color) density 120g/m2 (transparent color) density 190g/m2 (grey color) or other density and color are subject to prior agreement with the customer
Protection of edges	none acrylic paint, color to be agreed with the customer
Standard formats	1550mm x 2250/2500/2700/3000/3300mm other formats subject to prior agreement with the customer
Thickness	9mm-30mm
Dimension tolerance	according to PN-EN 315 or other, subject to prior agreement with the customer
Technical characteristics	density: 600-800 [kg/m³] moisture content: 4-10 [%] bonding quality according to PN-EN 314-2 grade I formaldehyde emission class: E1 according to PN-EN 636
